The first phase of RiverWalk at Loon, a full service destination resort is under construction. Inspired by earlier White Mountain "Grand Hotels," the seven-floor facility will contain suites ranging from 400 to 2,200 s/f. The guest experience will include restaurant, spa and health club facilities, retail and recreation offerings (inside and outside), concierge services and direct connection to the new Loon/South Mountain Resort complex currently under development.
Suite layouts are designed to accommodate a wide array of guest requirements and broad ownership types including rentals. The guest experience is enhanced by the resorts' in-town location and direct access to Loon Mountain Resort, a car-free luxury available at few other resorts in New England.
The building façade and interior finishes are high grade and durable for the recreational demands of guests focused on activity and fun. Mechanical systems have been engineered for ease of maintenance, equipment durability and sustainable energy management. Subsequent building phases will result in 150 total suites and will include more hospitality components such as expanded dining and spa/health club destinations, function and conferencing facilities and outside recreation additions.
