Berte and Severance of Carlson GMAC broker 6,300 s/f lease to Marlborough Wine and Spirits Co. at 44 Boston Post Rd.
Marlborough Wine and Spirits Company, a full service liquor store, has leased 6,300 s/f of newly developed retail space located at 44 Boston Post Rd. west of Rte. 495, having moved from its former location on the east side of the city.
Rich Berte and Jonathan Severance of Carlson GMAC Commercial Real Estate were the sole brokers for the transaction.
Steve Zigler, proprietor of Marlborough Wine and Spirits, worked with Berte and Severance for over two years to find a suitable location. Zigler recently hosted a grand opening and ribbon cutting celebration that included Mayor Nancy Stevens of Marlborough.
The property is owned and managed by The Gutierrez Companies of Woburn. Project manager Daniel Cleary oversaw the development of the complex and is handling the management. This site is also the home of a new "99" restaurant. Approximately 7,000 s/f of space remains available.
