In his new role, Genovese continues to lead and grow the Chicago office for Bialow Real Estate which he opened for Bialow Real Estate in 2023. Since then, he has advised many high-end, contemporary, and internationally recognized brands on a national and local level, including Aroma360, gorjana, Indochino, ana luisa, Calzedonia, Intimissimi TOUS, Casa Tua and many more.

“Anthony’s leadership of our Chicago expansion has created terrific new visibility for the company and offered important new expertise to our clients,” said Bialow. “Our team and brands are both benefiting from his in-depth knowledge and our expanded footprint.”

Most recently, Genovese has helped site a number of new gorjana stores and more than 14 Aroma360 locations in A+ prime locations including Hudson Yards, American Dream, Scottsdale Fashion Square and the Aventura Mall. He also is driving a key expansion for Indochino with five new stores opening this summer. Genovese helped international retailer Sukoshi Mart sign for their first location in the U.S. at Roosevelt Field in Garden City, NY.

Genovese has a long history and passion for retail. In 1924, his family founded Genovese Drug Stores in Queens, NY. They owned and operated 140+ stores before selling the drug store chain to JCPenney in 1998. His family’s business inspired him to help retailers scale their retail store footprints across the U.S.
