The Kane Company sold 13 Center St. for $1.65 million. This 52,000 s/f industrial property is situated on a 10 acre lot and was formerly occupied by a plastics manufacturer. Fisher Auto Parts will now be using the building as a central warehouse for their expanding operations in New Hampshire, where they operate under the name of Robbins Auto Parts.

The new owners selected the property after an extensive search throughout southern New Hampshire. This property is situated midway between Portsmouth and Manchester and is off exit 5 of Rte. 101.
