Billipp of Kane Co. sells 115,000 s/f warehouse
O'Neil Warehouse Co. has purchased a 115,000 s/f warehouse property at 16 Swamscott St. O'Neil Warehouse Co. is a wholesale distributor of sheets and towels and sought to cut its warehousing costs by purchasing the property. The facility is in an excellent location close to major highways and the company headquarters.
Peter Billipp of The Kane Company represented the buyer at the auction.
