Blakely of TRB Realty brokers $2 million sale at 445 Cambridge Street

Allston, MA TRB Realty has brokered the sale of a freestanding two-story building totaling 5,512 s/f of commercial space situated upon 7,966 s/f of land located at 445 Cambridge St. for $2 million. 

The building was 100% occupied at the time of sale.  David Stoia acquired the property from 445 Cambridge Street LLC.

“The buyer recognized the long term fundamentals and tremendous growth being experienced within the trade area,” said Thomas Blakely, CCIM, and president of TRB Realty, based in Waltham, Mass., who procured the buyer in the transaction. 

Robert Tito, executive vice president of the Capital Markets Group at NAI Hunneman represented the seller in the transaction.
