Bedford, MA 363 Great Road LLC, and TRB Realty has closed the $3.775 million sale of the Great Road Plaza, a 19,230 s/f, two-story, mixed-use investment property on Great Rd. TRB Realty marketed the property on behalf of the seller and procured the buyer. “It was a pleasure to have exclusively represented ownership in the sale of Great Road Village and high marks must be given to this very knowledgeable and qualified buyer who knew what he was doing and did not waste anyone’s time,” said Thomas Blakely, president of TRB Realty, sole broker in the transaction.
