BOND names Zeppieri as vice president and chief technology officer

Medford, MA According to BOND, a leading Northeast construction management firm, Michael Zeppieri has joined the company as vice president and chief technology officer, overseeing organizational technology integration, internal and external tech operations, and supporting the company’s strategic growth. Zeppieri brings a unique background that blends military leadership, enterprise technology, and construction innovation. He joins BOND after 13 years at Skanska, where he held a range of leadership roles focused on evaluating emerging technologies, improving adoption, supporting field operations, and building processes to bring structure and value to innovation efforts across the business. Zeppieri served in the U.S. Army and spent nearly a decade at Boeing in pivotal roles supporting large-scale IT transformation.

As vice president and chief technology officer, Zeppieri will lead BOND’s enterprise systems and digital strategy, serving as a core technology partner across the organization to strengthen how the company uses systems, data, and digital tools to support its teams and long-term growth.

Zeppieri holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering management from The United States Military Academy at West Point. He also earned a Master of Civil & Environmental Engineering and a Master of Business Administration through the Leaders for Global Operations (LGO), a unique dual-degree program offered by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He is based in Massachusetts and will work with teams across BOND’s offices and project locations.
