After 73 years of business, the Handler family has decided to sell the Handler's Auto Parts property. Boston Realty Advisors' commercial investment sales brokers, David Lank and Jason Weissman, are representing the Mollie Handler Trust in selling the asset.
Founded by Louis and Mollie Handler, Handler's Auto Parts has been family owned and operated since 1937. Serving Cape Cod, the Islands and New England, Handler's is an auto repair, parts dealer and junk yard business. Currently, the business is owned and operated by Louis and Mollie's three children, Jan, Geraldine and Robert, alongside their respective spouses and children.
The business sits on 3.14 acres of commercially zoned land. The business and land is for sale. The family will continue to operate the business until the business and/or property is sold.
