Boyer promoted to environmental scientist at TFMoran

Olivia Boyer

Portsmouth, NH TFMoran has promoted Olivia Boyer from environmental permitting specialist to environmental scientist. Boyer joined TFMoran in 2025 and graduated cum laude from Plymouth State University with a bachelor of science in environmental biology. She has also completed the Wetlands Certificate program at the University of New Hampshire, as well as a GIS certificate.

In her new role, Boyer will take on increased leadership responsibilities, including mentoring and training new staff and playing a larger role in project management. 

She has also become highly involved in threatened and endangered species coordination and now serves as TFMoran’s lead in working with state and federal agencies to help avoid and minimize impacts to protected species.
