Boylston Properties and Wilder lease 3,017 s/f

Watertown, MA According to Boylston Properties and Wilder, Tender Greens has signed a 3,017 s/f lease at Arsenal Yards. The restaurant has quickly emerged as an innovative leader and pioneer among fine-casual restaurants since Erik Oberholtzer, David Dressler, and Matt Lyman opened the first location in 2006 on an up-and-coming street in Culver City, California. Tender Greens has nearly 30 locations spanning California, N.Y. and Mass.

Bradley of Horvath & Tremblay handles $9.5m Belmont Portfolio sale

Springfield, MA Michael Bradley of Horvath & Tremblay has arranged the sale of the Belmont Portfolio, a six property, 78 unit multi-family portfolio. Horvath & Tremblay exclusively represented the seller and procured the buyer to complete the transaction at a sale price of $9.5 million.
