Boylston Realty Advisors completes leases with Connecticut Mobile
According to Boylston Realty Advisors, Connecticut Mobile, a T-Mobile LP for the State of Conn., has opened six stores in Conn. As a participant in T-Mobile's Limited Partner program, these stores will carry the full T-Mobile product line, and have a look and feel comparable to T-Mobile corporate stores. Plans call for 6-10 additional openings in the next 12 months.
Dan Rabazzi of Boylston Realty Advisors is representing the tenant in its Conn. expansion. They are actively seeking sites 1,600 s/f to 2,000 s/f.

Goldberg of Spire Investments purchases Beverly portfolio for $9.2m
Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
