Boylston Realty Advisors consultant on two new leases at Bell Circle Plaza
According to Boylston Realty Advisors, Dallas-based MetroPCS Communications has entered into a lease at the Bell Circle Plaza. MetroPCS, a provider of unlimited wireless communications services with nearly five million subscribers, will occupy 1,200 s/f at 3 Everett St.
MetroPCS joins Advance Auto Parts, T-Mobile, MA Registry of Motor Vehicles at the new 50,000 s/f shopping center.
In another transaction, Boylston Realty Advisors leased 1,200 s/f to A-Affordable Insurance Agency at the Bell Circle Plaza.
A-Affordable Insurance Agency, Inc. is a fully licensed personal lines insurance agency with eight locations throughout eastern and central Massachusetts.
Boylston Realty Advisors acted as a consultant to the owner of the property during the leasing process, along with Strategic Retail Advisors, the landlord broker.
Wallingford, CT O,R&L Commercial has completed the $3.8 million sale of a mixed-use investment property located at 33-39 North Main St. and 24-25 Wallace Ave. in the town center.
