Boylston Realty Advisors represents Aspen Dental Management in two leases

According to Boylston Realty Advisors, Aspen Dental Management, Inc. has entered into multiple leases totaling nearly 7,500 s/f in Johnston and Warwick. The 3,400 s/f Johnston store is located at the Stone Hill Marketplace on Atwood Ave. with co-tenants Petsmart, Sleepy's, Burlington Coat Factory and Ruby Tuesday. The 3,843 s/f Warwick store is located at the Trader Joes Centre on Baldhill Rd. with co-tenants Trader Joes, Panera Breat, AT&T, and Tim Horton's. According to Jeff Bruk of Boylston Realty Advisors, "Aspen Dental, who is the nation's fastest-growing Retail Dental Practice Group, is pleased to be a co-tenant at both these shopping center locations, giving them a higher visibility in this regional trade area." Boylston Realty is exclusively represents Aspen Dental in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine and Rhode Island.
