Boylston Realty Advisors signs Pizza Hut to 1,300 s/f at Bell Circle Plaza
According to Boylston Realty Advisors, Pizza Hut has entered into a lease at Bell Circle Plaza. The independently-owned Pizza Hut franchise is part of a network of over 6,200 stores located in the U.S. offering a full line of pizza, pasta and wings.
Pizza Hut will occupy approximately 1,300 s/f at 5 Everett St., part of the 50,000 s/f multi-building shopping center and joins co-tenants Advance Auto Parts, T-Mobile, Metro PCS, A-Affordable Insurance, Sprint, 321-Ready-Set-Save, and the Registry of Motor Vehicles. They were represented by Brian Nadler of National Commercial Brokers.
Little Compton, RI Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty sold 17 Ferolbink Way, for $4.5 million. The sellers were represented by Cherry Arnold, sales associate of Mott & Chace
