Brady Sullivan Properties has completed a long term lease transaction with Granite State College for 14,000 s/f at 35E Industrial Way.
35E Industrial Way is a former Cabletron Systems building and currently houses companies such as Anseri Corp, Measured Progress and Smart Assistive Technology. The building contains 210,000 s/f of class A quality office/engineering space according to Charles Panasis of Brady Sullivan.
"We look forward in having Granite State College and their continuing education program join the Brady Sullivan portfolio of properties as we continue the Rochester site's redevelopment," said Panasis.
