Brady Sullivan Properties has leased an additional 10,939 s/f of dorm space and 11,000 s/f of cafeteria space to the New Hampshire Institute of Art (NHIA) at 1000 Elm St.
This will be expanding the NHIA's dorm space by 52 beds to fill the last remaining space in the former retail mall according to Charles Panasis of Brady Sullivan.
The cafeteria space will be located towards the front of the building with a separate entrance off of Spring St. accommodating both indoor and outdoor seating for 150 students.
NHIA now occupies almost 55,000 s/f at 1000 Elm St.
