Cleveland Circle is a robust area of boutique shops, wonderful ethnic restaurants, and walking distance to public transportation. Multifamily housing in the area includes beautifully designed and restored apartment and condominium buildings and historic single family homes. CHR purchased these four buildings in 2000, adding 120 apartments to its portfolio.Selkirk Place
56-58 Selkirk has 30 one and two bedroom apartments. The property required significant unit improvements and major hallway renovations. The wood entry doors were replaced with period detail doors with beveled glass. New windows, boiler and energy controls were installed to improve energy efficiency of the building.
