According to Brixmor Property Group (Brixmor), a 2,344 s/f Moe's Southwest Grill opened at Groton Sq., located less than one half mile north of I-95, on the northeast corner of Long Hill Rd. (Rte. 12) and Gold Star Hwy. (Rte. 184). Pamela Devino of Prime Sites LLC, Middlebury, Conn. represented Moe's Southwest Grill. Brixmor is the owner of Groton Square and was represented by Charles Davis with Brixmor.
