Brixmor leases 2,344 s/f to Moe's Southwest Grill

According to Brixmor Property Group (Brixmor), a 2,344 s/f Moe's Southwest Grill opened at Groton Sq., located less than one half mile north of I-95, on the northeast corner of Long Hill Rd. (Rte. 12) and Gold Star Hwy. (Rte. 184). Pamela Devino of Prime Sites LLC, Middlebury, Conn. represented Moe's Southwest Grill. Brixmor is the owner of Groton Square and was represented by Charles Davis with Brixmor. Brixmor is the second largest owner of community and neighborhood shopping centers in the U.S. and has been a leader in redevelopment over the last decade. Brixmor was selected as one of Chain Store Age's Top Redevelopers for work completed during 2011/2012. Brixmor actively manages a national portfolio of approximately 600 properties, aggregating more than 94 million s/f, which are strategically located across 39 states and primarily anchored by grocers or leading discounters.

Goldberg of Spire Investments purchases Beverly portfolio for $9.2m

Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
