According to Brixmor Property Group, a 1,600 s/f Cuts and Creation Unlimited salon and barbershop recently opened at Points West, located 1.5 miles east of the AMVETS Memorial Hwy., on Torrey St. Brixmor is the owner of Points West and was represented by Andrew Malvezzi with Brixmor.
