According to Brixmor Property Group (Brixmor), a 2,000 s/f lease was executed with Sweet Frog Premium Frozen Yogurt at Christmas Tree Plaza, located northwest of I-95, just off Exit 41 and southeast of Rte. 1 (Boston Post Rd.), on the northwest corner of Indian River Rd. and South Lambert Rd.
Ray Meglio of Keller Williams Realty, Trumbull, Conn., represented Sweet Frog Premium Frozen Yogurt. Brixmor is the owner of Christmas Tree Plaza and was represented by Charles Davis with Brixmor.
