Brixmor Property Group leases 2,800 s/f

Brixmor Property Group announced a 2,800 s/f Game Play USA video game store recently opened at Westgate Plaza, located south of I-90 on the southeast corner of Main St. (Rte. 20) and Mainline Dr. Brixmor is the owner of Westgate Plaza and was represented by Andrew Malvezzi with Brixmor. Brixmor is the second largest owner of community and neighborhood shopping centers in the U.S. and has been a leader in redevelopment over the last decade. Brixmor was selected as one of Chain Store Age's Top Redevelopers for work completed during 2011/2012. The company actively manages a national portfolio of more than 620 properties, aggregating 96 million s/f.
