Brockwell of MJB Real Estate leases 22,000 s/f to Planet Fitness

Mark Brockwell, president of MJB Real Estate Services of Westport is proud to announce the recent lease of 22,000 s/f to Planet Fitness, making Hamden Plaza 100% occupied. Dan Johnson, vice president of MJB, represented both the landlord and the tenant. Planet Fitness has been a resident of Hamden, CT for over 30 years and chose Hamden Plaza for its many amenities and tenant base. Shortly before the Planet Fitness signing, MJB was responsible for leasing a combined 4,200 s/f to Froyo World and Moe's Southwest Restaurant, adding to the plaza's diverse tenant mix. Johnson represented the landlord and the tenant in both of these transactions. MJB is the exclusive agent and property manager for Hamden Plaza.
