Brockwell of MJB Real Estate leases 22,000 s/f to Planet Fitness
Mark Brockwell, president of MJB Real Estate Services of Westport is proud to announce the recent lease of 22,000 s/f to Planet Fitness, making Hamden Plaza 100% occupied.
Dan Johnson, vice president of MJB, represented both the landlord and the tenant. Planet Fitness has been a resident of Hamden, CT for over 30 years and chose Hamden Plaza for its many amenities and tenant base.
Shortly before the Planet Fitness signing, MJB was responsible for leasing a combined 4,200 s/f to Froyo World and Moe's Southwest Restaurant, adding to the plaza's diverse tenant mix. Johnson represented the landlord and the tenant in both of these transactions.
MJB is the exclusive agent and property manager for Hamden Plaza.
Melrose, MA Dennis Kelleher and John Pentore of Horvath & Tremblay have facilitated the sale of 47 units spread across two multi-family properties in totaling $13.7 million. Kelleher and Pentore facilitated the sale of 333 Main St. and 447 Pleasant St.
