Two of our newest projects are on Keewaydin Dr. in Salem at Exit 2 off of I-93. Both of these sites are currently under construction and are for sale or for lease.
Eleven Keewaydin Dr. which is already under construction, is set to be a 3 story, 36,000 s/f first class office/medical building.
Twenty Three Keewaydin Dr. has just recently been conditionally approved for a single story 30,000 s/f first class flex building. Once completed the two structures will be in an elite class all on their own in a superior location within full view of I-93.
In addition to the already approved construction sites, we are in the process of getting permits for two more which are also located on Keewaydin Dr. in Salem.
The first of which is a two story 16,000 s/f office building and the other is a two story 8,000 s/f flex building. Both of these buildings are scheduled to be permitted by the end of the year.
Another project that is under development is a 10 acre+/- lot on the corner of Emerson Ave., and Rte. 111 in Hampstead. This location is permitted for a 25,000 s/f, two story office/retail building. This site is available for sale or lease.
