Burgess Properties and Prudential Prime Properties handle $1.087m sale
Burgess Properties Inc. has brokered the sale of 2 Draper St. for $1.087 million in conjunction with Prudential Prime Properties of Medford.
Situated on 27,060 s/f of land, 2 Draper St. is a single-story, 14,144 s/f multi-bay facility located off Montvale Ave. Five out of the six bays in the building are currently leased to local contractors. Stephen Nohrden of Burgess Properties represented the buyer, Matthew Piccione and Scott David Cutler of Prudential Prime Properties, represented the seller, Draper St. LLC.
Matthew Piccione is a Winchester-based investor and developer and plans to use the available bay for his own business.
