Tim Burke of David G. White & Associates, Inc. negotiated the signing of a long term lease for 52,250 s/f with Fletcher Allen Health Care at 192 Tilley Dr. in the Mountain View Business Park. Fletcher Allen's specialty orthopedic practices will occupy the entire two-story building. The building is located on Lot #4 within the Mountain View Business Park. Fletcher Allen opened the practice in December 2007. Burke represented the tenant, Fletcher Allen Health Care, in the lease transaction. Pizzagalli Properties, LLC is the developer and landlord for this new medical office building.
