According to Tim Burke of White + Burke Real Estate Investment Advisors Inc. the company completed a lease for 1,435 s/f with a new Chinese restaurant, at the Ethan Allen Shopping Center on North Ave.
Burke represented the landlord, Hauke Building Supply, Inc., in the lease transaction.
Lynnfield, MA According to Combined Properties, Inc., Conduent Inc., a leader in document technology and services for more than half a century, has renewed its lease of 164,095 s/f at 66-70 Broadway. The complex has served Conduent and prior affiliates since 1996.
