Jeffrey Butler of Butler Realty Group and Feng Lei of DeFelice Realtors co-brokered the $120,000 sale of a 3,186 s/f retail building at 734 Park Ave. to Yan Juan Liu. The seller of the 5-unit (2 retail, ground floor; 2 residential, second floor; and a garage) property was Brightside Realty, LLC. The buyer plans on renovating the apartments and opening a Chinese restaurant and gift shop on the ground floor. And in Swansea, Mass. Butler sold a 1,500 s/f retail location at 572 Grand Army Hwy. to Mark Carreiro. The seller of the former Tim Horton's location was 572 Swansea Realty, LLC. The buyer will open a Sprint Cell Phone Store. The lender for the $415,000 loan was Dime Bank.
