Butler Realty Group sells 18,000 s/f Clock Tower building for $2.5m
Jeffrey Butler and Robert Babat of Butler Realty Group sold the 18,000 s/f Clock Tower building at 730 Kingstown Rd. to Seabound Group, LLC for $2.5 million.
The office building's tenants include Washington Trust Co., EastSide Printers, Healthy Inspirations, Pelton Family Chiropractic Center and Salon Rouge.
The seller, Horizon Clock Place, LLC, was represented by Butler and Babat represented the buyer. Butler Realty is the properties leasing agent.
