Butler Realty Group sells 7,708 s/f office building to Caprice Realty: Morash of Abbott Properties co-brokers and Bank of America finances
Jeffrey Butler of Butler Realty Group sold a 7,708 s/f office building at 2258 Post Rd. to Caprice Realty, Inc. The seller was JAC York, LLC.
Don Morash of Abbott Properties co-brokered the transaction. Bank of America provided a loan of $825,000.
The tenant will be Porcaro & Assoc., CPA. The 2-story building was formerly occupied by Coldwell Banker Real Estate.
