BW Kennedy & Co. promotes Jenkins to director of business development

Arlington, MA BW Kennedy & Co. has promoted Roland Jenkins to director of business development. 

Jenkins, previously a project manager, brings a decade of experience managing complex life science, manufacturing, and commercial projects to his new role. His portfolio includes tenant improvements for clients such as Wave Life Sciences, Lonza, and Persimmon Technologies, as well as ground-up developments including 45 Jackson Rd. – recipient of an Excellence in Construction Award – and 39 Jackson, both part of King Street Properties’ Pathways Devens Biomanufacturing Campus.

In addition to his project leadership, Jenkins has made a lasting impact as chairman of BW Kennedy’s safety committee, driving the company’s participation in third-party safety and risk management programs. 

Under his guidance, BW Kennedy has earned top ratings from ISNetworld and achieved Gold certification from Highwire, further demonstrating the firm’s commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence.

Jenkins will continue to lead key projects while applying his extensive project management background and industry insight to cultivate meaningful client partnerships and advance BW Kennedy & Co.’s long-term growth.

Jenkins holds a B.S. in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
