Caffrey of Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal handles 1,600 s/f retail lease

North Providence, RI Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal has completed the lease of 987 Charles St., to Rich McCaskill LLC. This 1,600 s/f retail space is located south of the Charles St. and Mineral Spring Ave. intersection. The tenant plans to convert the property into a pawn shop. 

Jackson Caffrey of Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal represented the lessor, Hovik Realty LLC in this transaction. The tenant will begin occupying the space on February 1, 2026.
