Warwick, RI Jackson Caffrey of Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal leased 1119 Post Rd. to Boston Battery Wholesale LLC, a locally-owned franchise of national brands in the battery and automotive parts industry.
The 5,302 s/f retail flex property, located south of the Post Rd. and Elmwood Ave. intersection, features a warehouse and showroom. The estimated grand opening is November 1st, 2025.
