Caldrone of Omni Properties brokers two leases totaling 2,700 s/f
Lowell, MA Tom Caldrone, broker for Omni Properties representing Seven Eleven, and Richard McCarte of Nagog Associates, who represented the tenant leased 1,500 s/f to Healthy Teeth Dental practice that will cater to the local community offering dental care services.
Caldrone also leased 1,200 s/f to Trolley Pizza bringing the plaza to 100% occupancy.
Aidan Murray, property manager for Seven Eleven, managed both transactions.
