Callaghan and Teeden of Mott & Chace sell 74 Caswell St. in Narragansett for $2.125 million

Narragansett, RI Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty brokered the sale of 74 Caswell St. for $2.125 million. The sellers were represented by Judy Callaghan and The Soby Fox Team, and the buyers were represented by Jack Teeden, all of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty.

Built in 1874, Althea Cottage was updated in 2012. The five bedroom and two and one half bathroom Victorian home features gathering spaces and outdoor patio space for summer activities.

According to data from the Multiple Listing Service, agents of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty have represented three clients in the top five sales in Narragansett year-to-date, more than any other firm. This is also the third highest sale in the Narragansett Pier area.
