Cardente handles 1,960 s/f lease to Maine Needs

Portland, ME According to Cardente Real Estate, Maine Needs has leased 1,960 s/f of retail space located at 332 Forest Ave. This transaction was brokered by Katelyn Rice of Cardente and Katie Allen of Dunham Group which closed October 16^th. 

Maine Needs is a grassroot nonprofit, powered by a growing collective of volunteers. Noted as an official 501c3 in October, they strive to help individuals and families in Maine.

help meet their basic, material needs by providing donated clothing, hygiene products, household items, and other necessities. Partnering with Maine schools, caseworkers, nurses and other nonprofits, Maine Needs is a community effort to make a difference during these unprecedented times.
