Cardente Real Estate finalizes two sales totaling $1.27 million

Auburn, ME According to Cardente Real Estate, Twilight Years, LLC, has purchased a 5,000 s/f warehouse building at 279 Washington St. South for $330,000. This transaction was brokered on behalf of the sellers, Maurice and Lauren Eastman, by Cheri Bonawitz of Cardente Real Estate, and on behalf of the buyer by Greg Perry of Cardente Real Estate.

In another transaction, Asset Solutions Group, LLC, has purchased a 16.9-acre parcel with 677 ft. of water frontage on Brandy Pond (the former  Bay of Naples Family Campground) in Naples for $948,125. This transaction was brokered on behalf of the seller, the James R. Ruhlin Family Trust and the Dorothy I. Ruhlin Family Trust, by Perry, and on behalf of the buyer by Jocelyn  O’Rourke-Shane of Lakes Region Properties.
