Biddeford, ME According to Cardente Real Estate, Venture III Holdings, LLC has purchased the 2,704 s/f former bank site at 6 Barra Rd.

This transaction was brokered on behalf of the seller, Neil’s Motors, Inc. by Greg Perry, and on behalf of the buyer by Karen Rich, both of Cardente Real Estate.
