Cardente Real Estate sells 5,016 s/f retail and leases 8,638 s/f office

AHP Holdings, LLC has purchased 5,016 s/f of retail space at 48 West St. The transaction was brokered on behalf of the seller, Rodman Coach LLC, by Kevin Fletcher, CCIM, of Coldwell Banker Millett Realty. Steve Baumann of Cardente Real Estate represented the buyer. Cengage Learning has leased 8,638 s/f of office space at the Hathaway Creative Center located at 10 Water St., Waterville. Matthew Cardente of Cardente Real Estate represented the landlord, Hathaway Mill MT, LLC. And Tony McDonald of CBRE/The Boulos Company represented the tenant.
