Cecelia Carey of Carey Commercial, Inc. brokered 13,000 s/f investment property that sold at foreclosure auction February 5 for $725,000. A 5,400 s/f portion was simultaneously leased to Lumber Liquidators which plans to celebrate its grand opening of the Cape Cod location this month.
Both the sale and lease were handled by Carey. The 13,000 s/f contractor's building divides to three commercial investment units and sits on a half acre of land situated between downtown Hyannis and the Rte. 132 corridor.
The sale was financed in part by Brian Griffin of Rockland Trust and the SBA portion was arranged by Matthew Collins of Granite State Development.
