Carleton grew up in Philadelphia and relocated to Edgecomb along the Sheepscot River in her teens. With sweeping views across to Westport Island, she quickly became a fan of celebrating sunsets on the water and spending time along the shoreline. She worked at Bath Iron Works for 14 years where she learned key organizational and listening skills that carried into her position with Advanced Management Catalyst.
