Manchester, NH Deanna Caron, associate broker, Stebbins Commercial Properties has leased 50,730 s/f of warehouse space at 100 William Loeb Dr.

Eagle Warehousing and Distribution, LLC and Eagle Express, LLC, a  full service logistics and trucking company,  offers  local and coast to coast trucking capabilities.  

Jon Bartlett, president, said, “We are excited to start working with our new space at 100 William Loeb Dr. We started out with 15,000 s/f on Gold St. in 2010 and quickly grew to our current locations on Holt Ave. and now 100 William Loeb Dr.”

 A five year lease was signed. Caron represented the landlord, The Union Leader Corporation and Richard Danais of Danais Realty represented the tenant.
