Caron of Stebbins Commercial Properties leases two spaces totaling 3,200 s/f

Deanna Caron, associate broker with Stebbins Commercial Properties, Inc. has leased two retail spaces at the strip mall at 581 Second St. The two newest tenants to occupy the mall are Apex Wireless, LLC, a cellular phone accessory store taking 1,600 s/f for three years and Jackson Hewitt, Inc, also taking 1,600 s/f for three years. Caron represented the seller, Garde Realty, LLC in both transactions and assisted the tenants.
