Caron of Stebbins sells 18,972 s/f Manchester Mirror office - $1.6 million

Deanna Caron, senior broker with Stebbins Commercial Properties, Inc. has sold 1662 Elm St. The 18,972 s/f building, which includes a 75 space parking lot on a .94 acre site is located on the corner of Elm St. and the Amoskeag Bridge. The building was formerly owned by The Manchester Mirror, LLC, an entity of the Union Leader Corp. The buyer, John Deachman of Craig, Deachman & Cowie, will be moving their offices into the building. According to the registry of deeds, the building sold for $1.6 million. Caron represented the seller and Amy Chom from Future Realty represented the buyer.
