Goffstown, NH Deanna Caron of Stebbins Commercial Properties LLC has brokered the sale of 39 Main St. for $275,000. The 2,016 s/f former Howes Pharmacy building was sold to Richard Thomas who is located at 20 Main St. and will be moving to the new location this summer. 

Caron represented the seller, Michael and Nancy Sakelarios and Danielle Bissonnette of Keller Williams Metropolitan (KW Metro) represented the buyer.
