Manchester, NH Deanna Caron, associate broker at Stebbins Commercial Properties brokered the sale of 749 East Industrial Park Dr. The 23,439 s/f office building was previously owned by The Nackey S. Loeb School of Communications, Inc. and sold to Applied Behavioral Connections, Inc. on March 15, 2023 for $1.59 million. 

Caron represented the seller and assisted the buyer in this transaction. The buyer is a clinic-based therapy company that provides services to children and adolescents on the Autism spectrum.
