Casey and Stewart of SR Comm’l. sell 20,416 s/f Ludlow Crossing Pl.

Ludlow Crossing Plaza, 483-487 Holyoke Street - Ludlow, MA

Ludlow, MA Jeremy Casey and Isaac Stewart of SR Commercial brokered the sale of 483-487 Holyoke St., also known as the Ludlow Crossing Plaza.

The retail site consists of 20,416 s/f between three buildings on 3.12 acres. The property was developed and owned by Black Diamond Development LLC.

Originally advertised as for lease, Casey and Stewart negotiated with ownership for the sale of the plaza for $2.99 million.

SR Commercial will continue to work with the new owners, Procon Group LLC, to lease the two remaining spaces available in the plaza to prospective future tenants.
