Warwick, RI Kevin Casey of Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal represented the sellers of a 6,732 s/f retail building located at 198 Buttonwoods Ave.

The property is on 0.78 acres and was formerly leased to CVS. The property was sold to Cranston Community Action Program Committee, Inc. for $850,000 and will be utilized as an extension to their current Wilcox Center location on Buttonwoods Ave.
