Casey of Sweeney Real Estate facilitates 1,600 s/f lease at 145 Wayland Ave.

Providence, RI Kevin Casey of Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal facilitated a lease transaction of 1,600 s/f retail space at 145 Wayland Ave. The new tenant, Mott & Chase Sotheby’s International Realty, is a residential real estate firm that relocated their city office from the Waterplace Condominiums to Wayland Square. Casey represented Cerce Capital, the ownership, in the deal.
