Casey of Sweeney Real Estate leases 40,000 s/f to Utility Supply & Construction Company in West Davisville Commons
North Kingstown, RI Utility Supply & Construction Company of Reed City, MI leased 40,000 s/f at 338 Compass Circle.
Utility Supply & Construction joins the West Davisville Commons (WDC) section of Quonset Point Commerce Park. The WDC is comprised of two twin industrial buildings, for a total of 400,000 s/f, on 24 acres and is now 100% leased.
